Rest assured, Infamous 2 will be EPIC!

After looking at both shots, we can safely assume that Cole MacGrath has retained his lightning powers from the first game, in Infamous 2.
If you played the original, you know that Cole had no problems getting to high elevations, such as rooftops; looking at the new cover of GameInformer, Cole will be running high in Infamous 2 as well!
The one strange thing, is that Cole definitely needs a haircut in Infamous 2. I don't think lightning and hair go together well, but what do I know?
